Small on purpose,
senior throughout.
Aarlet began as two people helping local shops sell online. We've grown since, but we deliberately stayed small enough that everyone on your project knows your business. No layers, no hand-offs, no one learning on your budget.
We say no a lot
Turning down work we're wrong for is the main reason the work we take on goes well.
The people you meet build it
No account layer, no quiet hand-off to juniors after the contract is signed.
Handover is part of the job
Documented code, your accounts, your repository. You should be able to leave us at any point.
Four steps, no surprises
Conversation
Half an hour on what you're trying to change and what's in the way.
Written scope
A short document: what we'll build, what we won't, cost, and dates.
Build in the open
Weekly demos on a live link. You steer as it takes shape.
Launch and after
We stay through the first weeks, watching the numbers with you.
Questions we get asked
What does a project usually cost?+
Most first builds land between a focused few-week engagement and a full quarter of work. We quote a fixed figure after the scoping conversation, and we don't change it unless you change the scope.
How soon could you start?+
Normally within one to two weeks. We deliberately keep a slot free rather than overbooking and pushing everyone's dates.
Can you work alongside our own team?+
Yes, and often that's the best outcome. We'll use your board, your repo, and your stand-ups, and we're happy to leave your developers owning the parts they know best.
What if we already have designs?+
Send them. We'll review them for anything that will cause trouble in the build, then get on with it. No need to redo work you've paid for.
Where is the team?+
Fully remote across Europe and the Americas. We keep overlapping hours with you rather than asking you to wait a day for answers.
